A hacker who just wanted to troll in Ryan Taylor’s name had hacked into his phone and social media accounts.

Ryan Taylor team developed the software that runs the Dash coin. Most of his social media accounts and SIM card was hacked.

On 9th May 2018, he wrote in an email stating: “It has come to my attention that I have been the target of cybercriminals at sometime this afternoon and at the moment, my Twitter account, LinkedIn account, and personal cell phone SIM card have been compromised.” He also added “However, we’re still evaluating the extent of the attack, as additional channels could be compromised. I will continue to share details as they are surfaced.”

Ryan Twitter account saw racist comments of Adolf Hitler image with a caption stating “When you’ve finally made it to lamboland.” This clearly looks like the hacker was attempting to troll using his account. Another Tweet from Ryan’s account stated Carlos Matos of Bitconnect as the new Dashpay CEO.

A class-action lawsuit was filed against Bitconnect after the cryptocurrency crashed and resulted in the closure of the company because of the losses they suffered.

Ryan regained control of his Twitter account and informed his followers by tweeting “My Twitter account was obviously compromised today and the account is now back under my control and will verify that through the Dashpay account.”

As of now, it looks like Ryan did not gain back control of his LinkedIn account and his profile is showing unavailable. The News of Ryan Taylor’s account did not affect Dash price and holders of Dash could breathe a sigh of relief.
