Finney Blockchian phone

Blockchain technology based smartphone has been developed by Sirin Labs which is the first world’s first blockchain smartphone.

Sirin Labs on April 24th tweeted:“FINNEY tech specs are 99{7ac5c3bf57b95c89d20da1c585f68f2fe47644be0187dccece42864a092023b1} completed and we are working out the final details with FIH (Foxconn International Holding) releasing them to the community in 2 weeks.”

Foxconn would be manufacturing the smartphone using an Android operating system and have the vision to become the world’s leader in open source consumer electronics which would bridge the gap between mass market and blockchain economy.

Nimrod May says the Sirin OS is an open-source operating system which would make the whole system simple, secure, streamlined and user-friendly.

Sirin OS will also have a behavioral based ‘Intrusion Prevention System’ and a built-in security system. With blockchain enabled, a user can monetize their phones resources and also their battery power without worrying about their phones dada and security.

Just like most of the android phones, Finney will contain Google Play store and regular smartphone applications would be working on it. Finney would have the Sirin Labs Decentralized App store which would contain applications and would accept cryptocurrency.
Nimrod May said that the security of the data is up to the user to grant or deny permission to an application. The user is responsible for sharing their personal information. With Finney, a user would be able to save and transfer money without the need for a bank and these transactions would be secure and safe.

In Nimrod Rays interview with CCN, the CMO of Sirin Labs stated: “By choosing Foxconn to build the FINNEY we are demonstrating the public’s desire to have a mass-market smartphone that is able to safely and securely operate within blockchain and cryptocurrencies.”

Finney can be pre-ordered with a 10{7ac5c3bf57b95c89d20da1c585f68f2fe47644be0187dccece42864a092023b1} discount on its sticker price of $999 with SRN tokens.
